Refund Policy

1. Overview
NXFLO is a subscription product operated by Nexflo AI LLC. This policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations work. It applies to all paid plans purchased directly from NXFLO.
2. 14-Day Initial Refund Window (Monthly Plans)
If you are dissatisfied with NXFLO within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact support@nxflo.io and we will refund the most recent charge in full. This applies once per customer, to the first paid month only.
3. 30-Day Initial Refund Window (Annual Plans)
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term but will not auto-renew if you cancel before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings or by emailing support@nxflo.io. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. No Refunds for Partial Periods or Renewals
After the initial refund window described above, NXFLO does not refund partial billing periods, unused time within a paid period, or renewal charges. Renewals are billed automatically at the start of each cycle and are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
6. Usage-Based and Credit Charges
Charges for usage-based features, prepaid credits, API consumption, third-party model passthrough costs, and one-time purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or credits have been added to your workspace.
7. Service Failures and Account Errors
If you were charged in error, billed twice, or experienced a sustained outage that prevented you from using the Service, contact support@nxflo.io within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit where appropriate, at our reasonable discretion.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve nearly all issues directly and faster than a card dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of your workspace pending resolution.
9. Statutory Rights
Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with statutory cooling-off or consumer-protection rights retain those rights regardless of this policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
10. How to Request a Refund
Email support@nxflo.io from the address associated with your workspace. Include your workspace name and the charge date. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance.
